Before approval
No payment is required to submit an enquiry. You can change or cancel the enquiry before approving the final order details.
Made-to-order items
Because pieces are produced after confirmation, return eligibility may depend on the final agreed specification and any custom material requests.
Faults or issues
If an item arrives with a production fault or delivery issue, contact support@klyzora.co.uk with photos and order details so we can resolve it.
