Made-to-order process

How It Works

Choose a KLYZORA 100% cotton knitwear style, submit a no-payment enquiry, approve the confirmed details, and receive your made-to-order piece after production.

1. Choose your product

Select a category, product type, size, colour, material preference, and quantity. KLYZORA offers menswear, womenswear, kidswear, and trade knitwear options, with product codes shown on each page so your enquiry can be tracked clearly.

2. We confirm details

KLYZORA confirms material, price, availability, lead time, and delivery before anything is produced. Typical made-to-order cotton knitwear starts from GBP 12, with wholesale pricing confirmed by quantity and minimum order.

3. Production starts after approval

No payment is required to submit an enquiry. Production begins only after you approve the confirmed order details. Each piece is made after order confirmation, which helps avoid deadstock and unnecessary overproduction.

4. SHIMA SEIKI knitting standard

KLYZORA knitwear is produced on SHIMA SEIKI Japanese knitting machines using 40-45 stitch fine gauge cotton knit construction. This gives each garment a premium surface, clean shape, and breathable cotton finish.

5. Quality and sizing are checked

Before dispatch, order details are checked against the confirmed style, size, colour, quantity, and material notes. If you have shared fit guidance in the enquiry, those details are reviewed before completion.

6. Sent to the customer

Finished pieces are prepared and sent to the customer. Estimated customer delivery is usually 14-21 days after confirmation, unless a custom material or branded trade request requires a longer timeline.

7. Trade and wholesale orders

For boutiques, golf clubs, corporate buyers, schools, and uniform suppliers, KLYZORA confirms MOQ, price, product specification, payment terms, and delivery before production. Trade pricing starts from 12 units per style.
